Your Responsibilities:

• Acting as a coach for our clients, providing product, solution, and service support
• Analyzing and evaluating client business processes and IT, identifying areas for improvement, and conducting presentations and workshops
• Collaborating with clients to create tailored Industry 4.0 solution concepts and specifying requirements
• Liaising between clients and the development team, organizing requirements for development
• Assisting with configuration, customization, installation, and commissioning of just-in-time solutions
  
  

Your Profile:

• Outstanding university degree, potentially complemented by a Ph.D.
• Curiosity, creativity, and enjoyment in implementing projects in a team
• Broad IT knowledge, especially in web technologies, Unix, networking, and databases
• Willingness to travel occasionally and enthusiasm for client-facing work
• Fluency in English language required, nice to have: German and Spanish.
